Specializing in 5k gutters, 6k gutters, fascia gutters, and 1/2 round gutters. we offer gutter installation services that can be a standalone service or in conjunction with roof replacement, installation, or repair. Also, we offer Snow and Ice Dam Removal.
When it rains, the moisture that falls on your roof needs somewhere to go. This is where your gutters come in – this system is responsible for collecting the water off of your roof and carrying it down and away from your home’s foundation. Whether your Central Oregon home lacks gutters completely or they have fallen into disrepair, at Elite Roofing located in Redmond, Oregon, we’re equipped to be the ones to call.
We install gutter systems and repair existing systems at residential and commercial locations. Our workmanship is second-to-none, and we always stick to proven processes whenever we are presented with a new project. As your Central Oregon roofing professional, we complete all of our work in an efficient, reliable manner, and we check in with you regularly to give you updates and to make sure we are on the right track in terms of your satisfaction.
To keep your gutters in good shape moving forward, whether we perform a repair or install a new system, we can’t stress enough how important it is to clean them out on a regular basis. Small branches, leaves, dirt, and debris that accumulate in your gutter system can clog things up and prevent your gutters from working as they should.
Ice damming occurs when the underside layer of snow that is resting on the roof above your attic becomes warm enough to melt, causing it to trickle down beneath the snow until it reaches the eave of your roof (where the roof meets your gutters). Typically, this area stays colder than the rest of the roof because it extends beyond the side of the house and has no heat coming from the attic. Eventually, the water will freeze and can gradually grow into a mound of ice which causes the rest of the melting snow to dam up. This can cause the dammed water to seep beneath your shingles and drip into the insulation, drywall/plaster, or the wall cavity. Thankfully, Elite Roofing is here to offer solutions to either repair damage caused by ice damming or to prevent it completely.
If your home is suffering or has suffered from water damage in the past or you feel that ice damming could be an issue in the future, don’t hesitate to contact us ASAP to inspect your roof for preventable issues that could cause ice damming in the future. It’ll save you a lot of frustration and, more importantly, money to resolve before it becomes an issue during the colder months of the year.
